Complites are ready-made scooters from the manufacturer. This is a scooter kit assembled by the manufacturer, which comes with everything you need for riding. The manufacturer, at his discretion, assembled a certain model and put all the necessary elements there. Such scooters are usually well balanced and equipped with a fairly high-quality set of parts. Completes usually have titles and series. For example Blunt Prodigy S9 or Ethic Erawan and may have variations in colors and others. Complites can come as park or street editions as well as the universal models.
As opposed to the completes there are customs - scooters assembled at the request of the rider.
